How we started our work?

Our CNC first client was a 150 bed private hospital with a very active surgical unit and a coding staff of four inpatient coders and two outpatient coders. This was an onsite coding service with educational training requested to be done monthly to improve the coding staff knowledge of the DRG methodology.

Today, CNC client base includes from small rural acute hospitals to large urban teaching medical centers and in between medium size bed hospitals. We engage with onsite or remote coding services. In short term or long term contracts. Including the option to outsource services either complete or partial outsourcing.

Our company, in a short period of time, improved our professional coding experience and began extending the scope of our consulting services with each new client. We started our first inpatient coding service with four coders and today our data base has potentially over 200 credentialed coders many of whom have over ten years of experience in their field of expertise. Every exposure to a new client with challenging clinical documentation and very difficult case mix increases our base knowledge and gives us the opportunity to offer our client coding staff accurate advice on coding practices.
